Payment Policy and No Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Paid Producer — including Stamped Annual memberships, individual Stamp purchases, and any other paid products or services — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- A change of mind or decision not to use the service after purchase
- Failure to use the service during your subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with the content, format, or scope of the documents or Playbooks
- The outcome of any agreement you create using our document templates
- Technical issues arising from your own device, browser, or internet connection
- Cancellation of your annual subscription before the renewal date
Digital Goods and Immediate Delivery
All products and services sold through Paid Producer are digital goods delivered electronically and made available immediately upon payment confirmation. Because access to the service is granted at the moment of purchase, no refund is available once a transaction is processed. This applies to both Stamped Annual memberships and individual per-Stamp purchases.
Annual Subscriptions
Stamped Annual memberships are billed annually and provide access to all Stamps and Playbooks for a twelve-month period from the date of purchase. If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time remaining in your subscription term.
Per-Stamp Purchases
Each individual Stamp purchase grants a single-use license to generate one legally binding agreement. Because access to the document generation tool is granted immediately upon payment, per-Stamp purchases are final and non-refundable regardless of whether you complete or execute the document.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Paid Producer, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and access. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and to provide your bank or card issuer with evidence of the purchase, these Terms, and your agreement to our no-refund policy.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit or refund in extraordinary circumstances such as duplicate billing errors caused by our payment processor. Any such accommodation is a one-time exception and does not establish a precedent or waiver of this no-refund policy for future transactions. Refund requests may be submitted to [email protected] and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy and No Refund Policy in full. You acknowledge that this policy was available to you prior to purchase and that your completion of the checkout process constitutes your explicit consent to these terms.
